Florida O & P is equipped and qualified to handle a wide range of biomechanical problems. In most instances, the appliance will be designed and fabricated on our premises. In addition to the individual rooms, where the patient is seen by the practitioner, there are laboratory work areas where devices are fabricated, adjusted and repaired.
We appreciate your selection of our office to serve your needs. Our staff is all highly trained to deal with orthotic/prosthetic concerns. Because we feel it is important for patients and their families to understand as much as possible about their care, we make a special effort to explain everything to you regarding your problem and your healthcare plan. Warranty
Florida O & P has developed and instituted a quality assurance program including a patient satisfaction survey, a feedback loop, reports, and a chain of command, all designed to monitor and improve the quality of patient care.
Our warranty period for custom, nonproprietary orthoses and prostheses is one year against defects in workmanship and materials. All warranty adjustments and repairs within the warranty period will be done at no charge. Failures due to abuse, undue rough wear and physical changes in the patient’s body are not covered.
It is in your best interest to communicate with your practitioner on a timely basis and allow him/her to make adjustments and resolve and difficulties as quickly as possible. It is our goal to provide you with the best care possible and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Our goal at Florida O & P Services is to provide the highest standard of orthotic and prosthetic care.
